Dr. Allison Buzard was recently appointed Assistant Dean of the Nashville Campus. In this role, Buzard will serve as a member of the Senior Administrative Team and will be responsible for maintaining and developing the climate, culture, and infrastructure of the Nashville Campus and growing its community connections. She will also be the convener of the Nashville campus meetings and the Nashville leadership team.

She brings to this role strong ties to the local community, academic administrative experience from Trevecca Nazarene University, passion, and creativity.

Buzard will maintain her role as Program Director of the MSSW Nashville program, allowing a good alignment of interests of the Nashville campus faculty and staff and the primary academic program served by that campus.

Buzard takes on the role previously held by Dr. Mary Held, who will continue as a senior tenured faculty member on the Nashville campus.
