Nashville faculty members Dr. Mary Held, Kim Crane Mallory, and Kate Chaffin were all smiles as they welcomed students back to campus after a long six-week winter break.
Held is Assistant Dean for the Nashville Campus, Director of the Nashville MSSW Program, and Associate Professor. She was very happy to have the students return. “It’s too quiet when the students are away,” she said. “We are always ready for the start of a new semester and look forward to the excitement and flurry of activity that the students bring with them.” Mallory, Director of Field Education and Associate Professor of Practice; and Chaffin, Director of the Online MSSW Program and Professor of Practice, couldn’t agree more. “We couldn’t wait to greet the students as they came in after them being away for what felt like a long time,” Mallory said. Chaffin agreed, “The energy that the students bring is so positive and uplifting. Our students are a reminder of all the good humans that are in the world!”
