My name is Grant Hartsell (he/him), and I am so excited to join the College of Social Work as a student ambassador! I am originally from eastern North Carolina, but moved to the Oak Ridge area in early 2025. I have the incredible opportunity to raise a little girl with my amazing wife, Kourtney, who graduated from UTK in 2018 with a degree in Kinesiology. When I am not playing “cats” with my daughter and wife, I enjoy playing video games and learning ways to advocate for others. I am currently interning with Junior Achievement of East Tennessee and plan to continue the journey of organizational leadership. I am so excited to see what we can do together this year!!!
