File Formats
- Preferred: SVG or EPS (vector files scale cleanly for both print and signage)
- Acceptable alternative: PNG, if a vector file isn’t available
- Please do not send: Word documents, JPGs, or PowerPoint files
Logo Variations
- Please provide both of the following, each with a transparent background:
- Full-color version
- Black & white (or single-color) version
- If you have left-justified, right-justified, or centered logos – please send all options.
Color Modes
- If available, please include both CMYK and RGB versions.
Size and Resolution
- PNG files: minimum 1200 pixels wide, at 300 DPI
- Vector files (SVG/EPS): no size restrictions — any size is fine
File Naming
- Please name each file clearly, including your company name, color space, and file type — for example:
CompanyName_Color_CMYK.eps or CompanyName_BW.png
- Consistent, descriptive file names help us keep everything organized and avoid mix-ups.
