Evan is currently a Senior in the BSSW Honors program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he’s passionate about making a difference through social work. One of his favorite things about being part of the College of Social Work is the strong sense of community and how it feels like one big family, which makes the large university feel a lot more personal and connected. He is the Vice President of our student-led Bachelor of Social Work club (BSWO). After getting his BSSW, Evan plans to continue his education in the MSSW program at UTK and work toward becoming an LCSW and eventually open up his own therapy practice. While he’s not in school, Evan enjoys watching football with family and friends or spending quality time with his three dogs at home.
