Pam Borovy has been promoted to one of the managers for TCSEPP/TPOPS. Borovy has been with TCSEPP since 2008 serving in the 4th Judicial District. She has provided intensive case management services to our noncustodial parent participants and has been an unofficial leader for our team. Borovy has now been promoted as one of the TCSEPP Program Managers and provides a great balance to our management team. Prior to coming to UT SWORPS, Borovy worked in Blount county with the TN Career Center and then with ETSU.
