Keith is pursuing her professional goal of becoming a licensed clinical social worker. She aims to advocate for those living with disabilities and to provide meaningful support to those navigating emotional, behavioral, and systemic challenges. In addition to her collegiate studies, Keith is a team member in the Ruby Falls gift shop and Castle Cafe, and recently interned at Signal Centers, a local resource center for those with disabilities.

According to Keith, “Balancing work, school, and volunteering taught me time management, perseverance, and the importance of showing up fully for people, whether they’re customers, clients, or classmates.”

“Victoria and Tyler exemplify how Ruby Falls team members connect to excellence,” says Kara Van Brunt, Executive Director at Ruby Falls. “We are proud to support them in their academic pursuits and look forward to seeing how their achievements will benefit the greater Chattanooga community.”

The John Thomas Steiner, Sr. Collegiate Scholarship, established in 2008, honors the memory of the former Ruby Falls president by recognizing Ruby Falls employees who demonstrate commitment to their community and careers. Movita “Mo” Steiner, widow of the late John Steiner, Sr., presented the awards.
